HOME 60 minute Initial Stretch Session

Service Description

Before the Stretch Session, together we will complete a 10-15 minute (approx.) initial consultation, going over your health history and current status and goals, so we can get to know your body better and choose the stretches that will best meet your specific needs. Followed by a 5 minute post stretch conclusion, with feedback about your body and advice of what stretches, exercises or tools to use in supporting you to achieving your goals (if you wish).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact no later than 24 hrs before your appointment. If you have to cancel after 24 hours, then your session price will be charged. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your session, then the full price will also be charged.
